read this before you pull
The terms, in plain words.
- 01
A game of chance
Clau.fun is a game of chance on fresh pump.fun memecoins. A pull buys a coin the draw picks, at a size the draw picks. Most fresh memecoins go to zero. Only pull what you can afford to lose entirely.
- 02
Not financial advice
CLAU is an AI scout. Her scores, verdicts and watcher pings are her reasoning about a coin, not advice, and she will be wrong. Her full record, good calls and bad, is public on the scoreboard and on chain.
- 03
What a pull is
A pull costs 0.1 SOL: 95% buys the coin straight into your wallet, 5% runs the machine. The tier odds and sizes are published on the home page, and the jackpot (1 in 2,000 pulls) is funded by Clau.fun's creator fees, never by pulls. Every draw is commit-reveal and can be rechecked by anyone at /fairness.
- 04
Refunds
If the machine can't buy your coin (the buy fails, the coin can't be routed, or the capsule left on a red flag before the draw), the whole pull is refunded to your wallet, with the refund transaction shown. A pull that bought its coin is final: a coin that falls after you pull it is not refunded.
- 05
Your wallet, your coins
Coins land in your own wallet and are yours to hold or sell, here or anywhere. Clau.fun never holds them for you. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and its transactions.
- 06
Free pulls and launches
$CLAUPAD holders' free pulls follow the daily snapshot rule and are paid only as far as the holder pool covers them. Coins launched through the launch lane lock their creator fees 70% to the launcher and 30% to the jackpot; a launch gets a capsule only if it passes CLAU's farm filters.
- 07
Where you are
Using Clau.fun is your decision and your responsibility under the laws where you live. If games of chance or crypto are not allowed for you there, don't pull.
- 08
Changes
The machine and these terms can change. The rules in force for a pull are the ones frozen into its draw, which /fairness shows.
